Production with no minimum order. Built for capsule collections, runway showpieces and limited releases, with pattern writing and sampling included from your tech pack or sketch.
Yarn Sourcing & Supply
Yarns spun in India and imported from around the world, with custom spinning and dyeing. Sustainable and recycled options, with samples sent so you can confirm the feel and look of the yarn before knitting starts.
Design & Pattern Development
We translate your image or sketch into a written pattern, one per size, often running to 50 pages or more for each size. In conventional hand-knit production, individual knitters are generally not given written patterns.
Quality Assurance
Consistency across hundreds of hand-knitted pieces, achieved through an individual tension swatch before every garment, written patterns per size, and a final check of 39 garment measurements before dispatch.
How we decide what is feasible.
Send your tech pack or sketch. We assess it against four things before we quote: stitch complexity, yarn behaviour, the hours a single artisan will need, and whether the garment makes commercial sense at your price point.
Stitch complexity
We read the stitch construction against what a single artisan can hold in hand, and whether it can be written without abbreviations.
Yarn behaviour
We confirm the yarn will hold the tension/gauge and drape you need, sourcing alternatives if your specified fibre will not perform.
Artisan hours
We estimate the hours one artisan will spend on the piece, which is the basis of the costing, not machine time.
Commercial sense
We tell you plainly whether the garment will work at your price point, and where the number can move down if it will not.

We work from your tech pack or sketch. Our pattern writers translate it into a written pattern, one per size, with no abbreviations. You do not need to supply a knitting pattern.
There is no minimum order. Production scales from a single piece to 1000 or more. A single runway prototype and a commercial run are handled through the same process.
Each artisan knits an individual tension swatch before starting, and works from a written pattern specific to that size. We check 39 measurements on every finished garment before sending it to the customer.
Both. We work with a broad range of yarns spun in India and import yarns from around the world, with custom spinning and dyeing. You are also most welcome to send us your own yarn.
Lead time depends on stitch complexity, garment count and yarn availability. After we assess your tech pack we return an indicative costing and a realistic lead time together.
